In 2015, it was time for an update that mainly affected the front with a new hood and bumper. The second generation Citroën C1 began production in 2014 and lasted until 2021. This one is also available with either two-
or four doors but only with a 1- or 1.2-liter gasoline engine. The lines of the original C1 were blurred and instead the second generation became significantly more muscular in its design and with slightly larger exterior and interior dimensions.
