I want to report a fault, how do I do it?

If, after you have collected the car or had it delivered, you discover a fault with the car that was not described at the time of purchase, you can report the fault to us at Kvdbil . Contact us at kundcenter@kvdbil.se and you will receive a template to fill out which you send to the pre-filled recipient.

You will automatically receive a confirmation when the email has been delivered to our complaints department, check your spam filter if it does not appear. Kvdbil 's complaints department will then get back to you within 48 hours regarding how the matter can be handled.
