When do I have to pick up the car that I won at auction/bought at a fixed price?

When you have won a car at auction or bought it at a fixed price, you need to pick up the car within 3-5 working days, for transport between facilities and export it takes a few extra days. Appointments for pick-up can be made via the customer center by calling 010-167 30 00.
