How does the right of withdrawal work?

When you buy a car with home delivery, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal against a return cost. However, if you pick up the car at one of our facilities after the auction has ended, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase. That said, you always have the right to complain, regardless of whether you buy the car at auction or at a fixed price, if something turns out to be wrong after the purchase, in accordance with the Consumer Purchase Act.
