How do I book a pick-up time?

When you have won an auction or purchased a vehicle at a fixed price, you will receive an email with a personal payment link. You then have 24 hours to pay. When we have received payment, we will contact you to book a time to pick up the vehicle and will also provide you with the address details for pick-up. For machinery and heavy vehicles, pick-up must take place no later than five (5) working days for Swedish customers and no later than ten (10) working days for customers registered outside Sweden, from the end of the auction or confirmed sale at a fixed price. This applies unless the buyer and Kvdbil have agreed otherwise.
