When you buy a car and choose to have it delivered to your home, you have a right of withdrawal for 14 days against a return cost. If you pick up your car at one of our facilities after the auction has ended, there is no right of withdrawal on the purchase. However, regardless of whether you buy the car at auction or at a fixed price, you always have the right to complain if something turns out to be wrong after purchase.
