Registration of user account

In order to bid on vehicles and other objects on our website, you must register a user account. Users must be at least 18 years of age and will be required to accept KVD's regulations for auction. Registration of a user account does not create any obligations to bid for any items.

The information that you provide is confidential and will not be disclosed by us to any party. Birth date or organisation number is required when we register the car to you or your company in the event of a purchase by you. We will not send any e-mails if you do not consent to receiving them, but if you would like to subscribe to our newsletter you will recieve information about special auctions and vehicles.

The winning bidder is bound by their bid and has an option to buy the sale object if the reserve price is reached. The purchase will be finalised when the purchaser has inspected and approved the condition of the vehicle. If the vehicle does not meed the description, the purchaser has an option to withdraw the bid and the deposit/payment will be repaid. If the description proves to be incorrect, the price is not normally reduced. Instead KVD will start a new auction of the object containing the new description.

If you withdraw the purchase, without visiting the location or informing us that you do not approve of the conditions of the vehicle, we will debit you the purchase fee. Note that it is important that you consider the financing of the object before you participate in the bidding.
